We offer one-on-one training sessions for personalized training in specific areas. This type of training helps to quickly improve problem areas or areas you would like to improve. These are times scheduled outside of the small class training times. Contact us to schedule PT time!
$45/half hour $60/hour
Nutrition coaching is offered for those that want to lose weight, gain muscle, lean out, and just overall improve in your workouts and daily living.
