One-on-one training sessions for personalized training in specific areas. This type of training helps to quickly improve problem areas or areas you would like to improve. These are times scheduled outside of the small class training times.
The most common classes taken are small group classes with semi-personal training. This includes a warm-up, workout, and cool-down.
$120 a month for daily class access
**$110 for Military, First responders,
Medical, and Teachers. Couples are $200/month.

Nutrition coaching is offered for those that want to lose weight, gain muscle, lean out, and just overall improve in your workouts and daily living.
